West Coast Valet, founded in 1998, is owned and operated by Andy Levine. Andy had been involved in all facets of valet operations, before launching West Coast Valet, including runner, on-site manager, and regional manger. West Coast Valet sets itself apart from other valet operations by its five business philosophies.
